At 17, I passed PE exam, completing a 1 km front crawl swim and 0.8 km run during Taiwanese top-rank (PR99–97) girls’ high school. These experiences built my endurance, technical awareness, and structured practicing, and formed the base for my advanced training today.

Consistency has always been at the core of my training. A typical workout for me includes 6–8 sets of 12–15 reps, cycled through 4–5 loops, challenging both strength and endurance. I rely heavily on simple but effective tools like the resistance band and the Roman chair, which allow me to target core stability, posture, and controlled movement. To balance intensity, I schedule 1–2 rest days per week, ensuring recovery and steady progress.
