Advanced training emphasizes precision in exercise programming, nutrition, and recovery. With three decades of training, my foundation began in the Royal Ballet at the age 5 to 10. At 17, I passed PE exam, completing a 1 km front crawl swim and 0.8 km run during Taiwanese top-rank (PR99–97) girls’ high school. These experiences built my endurance, technical awareness, and structured practicing, and formed the base for my advanced training today.
