My Classical Roots & Modern Workouts: Balanced Principle Fitness Routine.

Consistency has always been at the core of my training. A typical workout for me includes 6–8 sets of 12–15 reps, cycled through 4–5 loops, challenging both strength and endurance. I rely heavily on simple but effective tools like the resistance band and the Roman chair, which allow me to target core stability, posture, and controlled movement. To balance intensity, I schedule 1–2 rest days per week, ensuring recovery and steady progress.

My foundation in movement started early. From the ages of five to ten, I trained in royal ballet and classical piano, both on a weekly basis. Ballet taught me discipline, grace, and awareness of form, while piano cultivated patience, rhythm, and focus. These early practices now echo through my fitness routine, shaping how I approach training with both structure and artistry.

In October 2024, I started my home gym after the incident happened in my building’s gym. Repeatedly reported via email turned invalid.
