WHY I refuse:
Before stopped going nail salon in January 2024,
I’ve tried multiple places and provided a reasonable gratuity based on each total price. All ended up due to the unsatisfactory service I received, compared to how much I paid them fairly.

Thus, I have no interest in stores that did not take good care of their customers, hurt my fingers, nails broke often, wrong process, drew incorrectly, but asked for more, and played drama continuously.

Doing things best is the responsibility of those who own a business. As a customer, I don’t keep talking repeatedly about issues that shouldn’t happen, in case problems are caused purposely by malicious others.

It’s super easy to design and take good care of my nails—only use brands I trust, including extensions. The tools and ingredients are developed by those who study science, art, and design.
