alt-J (∆) is a British indie rock trio that won the Mercury Music Prize in 2012. Their band name is the mathematical symbol for “delta,” which symbolizes change and difference, as well as the core spirit of the band. The members include guitarist and lead vocalist Joe Newman, drummer Thom Green, and keyboardist and lead vocalist Gus Unger-Hamilton. More than half of the band members attended art school, and their album designs are as creative and full of ideas as their songs. Their concerts are also visually stunning and creative, and in my opinion, after attending various concerts over the past year, no one can match the artistic achievement of an alt-J concert.

alt-J讓我初次被演唱會的視覺震驚到，麥迪遜廣場有分中間一樓的站票和圍繞球場的坐票，我是買坐票離舞台有點距離，但因此觀賞到全景的視覺效果，如果在中間舞池可能就沒有辦法有那麼全面性體驗

lt-J impressed me with the visual effects of their concert for the first time. There were standing tickets on the first floor in the middle of Madison Square Garden and seated tickets around the stadium. I bought a seated ticket that was a bit far from the stage, but I was able to enjoy a panoramic view as a result. If I had been in the middle of the dance floor, I might not have been able to have such a comprehensive experience.
