LA Michelin – Élephante in Santa Monica 洛杉磯義餐米其林

Elephante is located along the Santa Monica coast in LA, and as a rooftop restaurant, it has an open outdoor terrace. Dining here allows you to look up and see the ocean, which can instantly lighten your mood. Not every Michelin-starred restaurant needs to serve fine dining. The indicators and evaluations of food are diverse and rich, and restaurants are evaluated comprehensively from various aspects. Recommendations are made to local travelers based on their personal preferences. This is also the initial purpose of my recommendation of restaurants. I hope that the restaurants that once brought me happiness can also touch everyone and leave beautiful memories.

餐廳分為兩區，靠近大門的沙漠仙人掌區，與靠近陽台的海洋度假風區

Cuisine 美食

我是選擇坐在吧台用餐，先舉拿鐵敬大海一杯！在美國喝加牛奶的飲品，多數餐廳可以指定要加什麼牛奶，例如全脂或燕麥奶 (Oat milk)

I choose to sit at the bar and have a meal, first raising a latte to toast the ocean! In the United States, when drinking milk-based beverages, most restaurants allow you to customize what type of milk you want, such as whole milk or oat milk.

Élephante我會推薦給喜歡海邊酒吧、House音樂、輕鬆氛圍，或大白天想找的地方乘涼看海景，吃個早午餐或喝杯小酒，也是個我會想再回訪的餐廳，懷念那兒舒服的海風，和人們歡樂的氣氛，期待下次能看到這兒傍晚的夕陽，以及夜晚的星星！

I would recommend Élephante to those who enjoy beach bars, house music, and a relaxed vibe, or those looking for a place to chill and enjoy a seaside view during the day while having brunch or a drink. It is also a restaurant that I would like to visit again, enjoy the ocean breeze and the joyful atmosphere!
