The diversity of New York cuisine culture comes from the talents worldwide gathered here. You can taste the various traditional food from different countries in the city. Located on 36th street, a Brazilian restaurant, Ipanema, found in 1979 and owed by the Pedro Family for over 40 years.

紐約豐富多元的美食文化,歸功於從世界各地的人才匯聚於此,各國料理都能在城市中品嚐到道地的美味。位於36街的巴西菜餐廳 Ipanema,由 Pedro家族於1979年創立至今,有著 40多年的悠久歷史。

Interior Design 裝潢

餐廳的室內裝潢結合現代和叢林風格,植物大量地被使用於空間,鸚鵡與花卉的圖案也是餐廳主要的設計元素之ㄧ。

This how the restaurant looks like. It combines the modern and Jungalow style – plants are a big part of the restaurant’s interior design. Also, the parrot and the floral pattern are significantly used in the space.

Cuisine 美食

今天點單人份的餐點:兩杯調酒、前菜和主餐各一道,甜點一份,飽度剛好
Today’s order for a person: 2 cocktails, 1 appetizer, 1 entree, 1 dessert

Appetizer 前菜

葡萄牙鱈魚湯。食材:新鮮醃製鱈魚、馬尼拉蛤蜊濃湯、鱒魚子
Sopa de bacalhau (food From Portugal). Ingredients: Fresh cured cod, Manilla clam bisque, Trout roe

Entree 主菜

巴西海鮮燉湯。食材:椰奶、丹地油、秋葵、棕櫚心、辣椒、綠蘆筍
Moqueca de terra (Brazilian seafood stew). Ingredients: Coconut milk, Dende oil, Okra, Heart of palm, Peppers, Green asparagus

Dessert 甜點

Flor de laranja (sobremesa). Ingredients: Orange blossom, Fig jam, Pistachi
橙花雪糕。食材:橙花、無花果醬、開心果

Cocktail 調酒

第一杯少冰少酒精,琴酒為基底酒
Yamangin. Ingredients: Floral infused fords gin, Raspberries, Sparkling wine

第二杯是 Bartender特調,不在酒單上,主要風味為鳳梨、肉桂
Customized drinks from the bartender. Ingredients: Pineapple, Cinnamon

把日常的食材,熬成精緻,讓每一道平凡的料理,都溢滿驚喜。

Ipanema 是會想再回訪的餐廳,巴西傳統佳餚,價格合理,裝潢雅緻。我是在 OpenTable上查到了這間巴西菜餐廳, 雖然訂位時只有兩人選項,到現場再跟服務人員說明即可,吧台適合個人或雙人,朋友以及家庭聚餐可訂位環形的沙發座位。

Ipanema is the place that I definitely want to visit again or recommend to my friends – quality Brazilian traditional cuisine, reasonable price, nice interior design. I booked the restaurant on OpenTable. Either come alone at the bar or book a round table with friends/ family.
